The Air Carrier, under these general conditions and other instructions and regulations published on the website https://sll.flights, is JSC aviation company Transaviabaltika, 159973821, Oro uosto str.4, Karmelava, Kaunas dist. LT-54460, Lithuania, hereinafter referred to as “Air Carrier “.

The sale and purchase service of the passenger tickets is organized and provided by the Air Carrier's authorized representative and cooperation partner OÜ Razoone (registry code 11010237, located at Rõika 31a, Tallinn 10617, Republic of Estonia), hereinafter referred to as the “Seller “.

The Air Carrier's conditions of carriage apply only to those flights or flight segments in which case the carrier designator code has been marked in the carrier's cell on the ticket. The Air Carrier's designator code is KTB.

These conditions of carriage are not applicable if they are contrary to the Air Carrier's tariff rates or the applicable legal provisions. In such a case, these tariff rates or legal provisions shall prevail.

If any provision of these conditions of carriage is not valid according to the applicable law, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain valid.

Unless otherwise provided in these conditions of carriage, these conditions of carriage shall prevail in case of conflict between these conditions of carriage and other rules of the Air Carrier.

The Air Carrier shall provide transportation service only for the passenger whose name appears on the ticket, and you may be required to present a relevant identification document. The ticket is not transferable.

Some tickets may be sold at preferential prices and may be partially or completely non-refundable. You should choose the airfare best suited to your needs. Also, you should ensure that you have the appropriate insurance for cases if you need to cancel your ticket.

The passenger is required to present to the Air Carrier a valid e-mail address and phone number so that it would be possible to contact the passenger before the flight departure. If any interruptions in air traffic can be anticipated, the passenger will be contacted by telephone or e-mail. Immediate information will also be available on the website https://sll.flights.  In case of flight cancellation or delay, the ordinary procedures of tendencies and compensations apply in accordance with Regulation EU261/2004. Passengers will be notified of changes in the flight plan by e-mail.

The Air Carrier shall use only electronic passenger tickets. For checking in, the presentation of the passport or ID card together with the booking number from the order confirmation will be sufficient. The passenger shall present a document with a photograph wherein the name is written corresponds to the name in the booking. A passenger who fails to present a document cannot be checked in for the flight. In such cases, the cost of a ticket will not be refunded. A passenger travelling with a low fare ticket must carry a relevant document that certifies receiving the rightful concession for travelling with a low fare ticket.

If the passenger arrives at the airport after the completion of check-in, the ticket shall be considered used. The cost of a ticket that has not been previously annulled will not be refunded. A passenger is obliged to arrive at the airport in time for check-in.
