General Information

JSC aviation company "Transaviabaltika" (registry code 159973821, registered office at 4, Oro uosto str., Karmelava, Kaunas dist. LT-54460, the Republic of Lithuania), hereinafter referred to as the “Air Carrier“, adheres to the terms and conditions for the purchase of passenger tickets through the online passenger tickets booking system established in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the recommendations of Estonian and Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the codes concerning international e-commerce and the travel arrangement rules of the Air Carrier. The sale of passenger tickets takes place within the framework of the project Saartelennuliinid and applies only to the flights of the Air Carrier. The purchase service of the passenger tickets is organised and provided by the Air Carrier's authorised representative and cooperation partner OÜ Razoone (registry code 11010237, registered office at Rõika 31a, Tallinn 10617) hereinafter referred to as the “Seller“.

The Air Carrier's application for the online purchase of passenger tickets through the online passenger tickets booking system https://sll.flight is managed by the Seller, who is also the provider of the web services.

Ticket Purchase Instructions

The booking of a passenger ticket is confirmed only after the immediate online payment for the passenger ticket!

By opening the website of the Air Carrier's project Saartelennuliinid, located at the address https://sll.flights and by clicking on the "Buy a Ticket" field on the taskbar, an online purchase of passenger tickets can be started. For the purchase of passenger tickets, the airports of departure and destination must be chosen from among the airports listed in the system, as well as the departure date and the number of passengers (the corresponding number of passengers for each ticket category). In order to add passengers, including children, click the option “PASSENGERS”, which allows you to choose a suitable number of passengers, including children.

In order to choose a discounted ticket, select a suitable ticket category under the option “TICKET CATEGORIES”. In order to continue, click on the field “SEARCH”.

Select a suitable price category for a convenient flight (full fare ticket FIX or full-fare ticket FLEX). A passenger eligible for the preferential price will choose a ticket category corresponding to the discount. In order to continue, click on the field “NEXT”.

In the next stage, the ticket buyer enters the details of the passenger(s): surname, given name, e-mail address, mobile phone number and country. In order to continue, click on the field “NEXT”.

Business passengers can add company information on the field "Contact person/ Invoice information". If the data of the Passenger and the Contact Person match, you can use the "Copy" field to conveniently add the data.

 The system will issue a purchase invoice for the business accounting of the business passenger. In order to complete the purchase, the ticket buyer will verify the details of the booking by clicking the field “Proceed directly to payment“.

You can also create an account for future bookings by clicking on the option "Create my account". You will receive an e-mail with the information about creating an account together with a password.

NB! If you do not want to create an account, you must uncheck the box. If you already have an account, you won't be able to create a new account with the same email address.

If you wish, you can check your reservation by clicking on the arrow in the upper right corner "Total price" to open a short summary of the reservation. If you have made a mistake in the selection, you can change it by clicking on the "Edit" field. There is a time of 30 minutes to make a reservation, after which the reservation data will be deleted.

To complete the ticket purchase, the Ticket Buyer checks the booking details by clicking on the "Go directly to payment" field.

If you wish, you may also add special baggage to your booking by clicking on the field "Add special baggage". On the opening page, select the flight for which you want to add special baggage by moving on the field "Specify selection". After making the selection, click on the field "NEXT".

On the opening page "Booking details" you will see a summary of your booking and its cost.

On the field “Select method of payment” choose the method of payment suitable for the ticket buyer by clicking on the desired selection. The acceptable currency is EUR.

The ticket buyer will examine the conditions for the ticket purchase on the field “I agree with conditions“ and as a sign of agreement, will leave the field “I agree“ active.

By clicking on the field “Proceed to payment” you will be directed either to the e-money company Maksekeskus AS secure bank link payment page.

The payment solution company Maksekeskus AS allows payment via bank links:

  • Estonian banks – Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
  • Latvian banks – Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor.
  • Lithuanian banks – Swedbank, SEB, Luminor.
  • Finnish banks – Aktia, Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki.

 Acceptable payment cards:

  • Eurocard/Mastercard
  • Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro

 NB! When paying with a bank link and payment card, be sure to click the "Back to Merchant" button on the bank's page. When paying with bank links, make sure that the bank in the correct country of payment is selected. The default setting is Estonia.

 

At the end of the booking process, the confirmation of booking of Saartelennuliinid will be sent to the ticket buyer’s e-mail address, which contains an invoice and the travel confirmation.

The Air Carrier will issue only electronic passenger tickets. It is not necessary to print out the travel confirmation.

Presentation of ID card or a passport is necessary for checking in for a flight. A passenger who has bought a low fare passenger ticket must hold and present a relevant document certifying the right for the preferential price when checking in for a flight.

Discounts do not apply to tickets bought at a campaign price.

NB! Check-in for a flight can be done only at the airport of departure before departure. The boarding pass is issued during the check-in. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. Passengers arriving late at the airport after check-in is closed, are not allowed on board.

Ticket Categories and Air Fares

Tickets for all ticket classes can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Please notify us of your decision to cancel by e-mail at svl@sll.flights. In case of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded within 7 days. After 24 hours, special rules for each ticket class apply.

Full fare ticket:

FIX is a fixed ticket that cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge. Changing the ticket is possible at an additional cost. Depending on the payment method, a service fee may be added to the additional charge. The request to change/cancel the ticket must be sent to the e-mail address svl@sll.flights at least four (4) hours before the departure. After that, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the ticket. One piece of hand luggage weighing up to 8 kg and one piece of check-in luggage weighing up to 20 kg are allowed for this ticket class free of charge. Additional information: Baggage Rules.

FLEX is a dynamic ticket that can be cancelled and changed up to two (2) times. Changing the ticket is free of charge; if the ticket is cancelled, 70% of the ticket price will be refunded within 7 days. The fare will be returned to the same bank account/payment card from which it was paid to the Seller’s bank account. The request to change/cancel the ticket must be sent to the e-mail address svl@sll.flights at least four (4) hours before the departure. After that, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the ticket. One piece of hand luggage weighing up to 8 kg and one piece of check-in luggage weighing up to 20 kg are allowed for this ticket class free of charge. Additional information: Baggage Rules.

Discounted tickets:

65-year old and older passengerThe ticket cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge. Changing the ticket is possible at an additional cost. Depending on the payment method, a service fee may be added to the additional charge. The request to change/cancel the ticket must be sent to the e-mail address svl@sll.flights at least four (4) hours before the departure. After that, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the ticket. 2-6-year-old passenger. The ticket can only be booked together with either a FIX or FLEX class ticket, and it is subject to the same conditions as a FIX or FLEX class ticket;

Pupils and students. The ticket cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge. Changing the ticket is possible at an additional cost. Depending on the payment method, a service fee may be added to the additional charge. The request to change/cancel the ticket must be sent to the e-mail address svl@sll.flights at least four (4) hours before the departure. After that, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the ticket. One piece of hand luggage weighing up to 8 kg and one piece of check-in luggage weighing up to 20 kg are allowed for this ticket class free of charge. Additional information: Baggage Rules. Discount for this ticket class is valid during the period from August 10 to June 6 for passengers acquiring basic or secondary education in full-time study and for students up to 24 years of age, upon presentation of a student card at check-in;

Infant. Passengers up to 2 years of age fly free of charge (upon presentation of an identity document, which could also be a birth certificate, at check-in). Up to two passengers up to 2 years of age are allowed on one flight. There is no separate seat for a passenger up to 2 years of age, and the infant must be in their parent's lap during the entire flight. The ticket can only be booked together with either a FIX or FLEX class ticket. One piece of hand luggage weighing up to 8 kg or one piece of check-in luggage weighing up to 10 kg are allowed for this ticket class free of charge. Additional information: Baggage Rules.

A ticket with a travel fare concession must be booked separately from a full fare ticket. The concession does not apply to a booking made to a low fare ticket together with a full fare ticket! Likewise, it is not possible to buy tickets with different types of travel fare concession with one booking, but separate bookings must be made so that the concession would apply. A limited number of discounted tickets is available per flight, but not less than 40% of the capacity of the aircraft.

Taxes, Fees and Charges

All state taxes, fees and charges are included in the passenger ticket price. Changes in taxes, fees and charges may change the ticket price.

Ticket Purchase

Purchase Agreement - a passenger ticket between the Air Carrier and the Ticket Buyer – shall enter into force from the moment the Ticket Buyer has paid for the passenger tickets and the payment has come into the Seller's account, after which the Air Carrier confirms the booking (the Ticket Buyer receives an e-mail about the booking status with the subject "Saartelennuliinid booking confirmation No. XXXXX"). From that moment, all the prices and other terms and conditions shall be final and binding for the Seller and the Ticket Buyer.

Discharge from Liability

The Air Carrier and the Seller shall do their best to ensure that the information on their web page https://sll.flights/ is up-to-date and accurate. However, the ticket prices may change so fast that the Air Carrier and the Seller are not able to change the information on the web page in time. The Air Carrier shall in any case notify the Ticket Buyer of the changes and find the best solution for improving the situation.

Safety of Ticket Purchase and Protection of Personal Data

Privacy Policy

The Seller shall use appropriate technological and organisational measures to protect the transfer and recording of personal data and payments. Maksekeskus AS monitors the security of authorizations and transactions made with credit cards. The credit card authorizations are made in real-time and include an immediate verification of data by the bank. Card details are not saved on the Air Carrier's server. The Air Carrier undertakes not to permanently save personal data when the user enters the data (surname, given name, phone number, e-mail address) of the passenger(s) during each booking. The payment will be made via https://sll.flights/ and the Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce) web page makecommerce.net.The Air Carrier shall use personal data only for the purpose of execution of a purchase order by sending the invoices and travel confirmations, as well as information in case of changes in flight times or flight cancellations. The user data shall not be disclosed under any circumstances to unauthorised persons.
